He performed in numerous Off Broadway productions, as Eddie in Fool for Love and as David in the highly regarded original comedy How to Speak Woman. Moreover, as Lennox and the First Murderer in The Metropolitan Opera’s production of Macbeth. Recently, he acted in such hit TV dramas as Dark Matter, Private Eyes, Reign, Warehouse 13, Flashpoint and Nikita. Reed is currently developing and writing a feature length screenplay to serve as a contemporary war drama about a Canadian Special Forces Captain, back from serving in the war in Ukraine. The story delves into the inhumanities of the war and the atrocities committed by men and women desperate to survive the horrors, turmoil and politics of war. With strong family bonds and obligations that have reached their breaking point, in the face of great stress, emotional strain and turmoil. Reed is consulting with several friends who are in the armed forces in Canada, Australia, and the U.S. to develop this screenplay and project.
